This policy explains what personal information Meridain (“Meridain,” “we”) collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website, sponsor engagements and the dinners and interviews we run.
What we collect

With your consent where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics to measure which pages are visited and how. It sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and referring site. We do not run advertising and do not sell personal information.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, book a call or email us, we collect what you send: typically your name, work email, company, role and message.
When you are invited to a dinner or interview
To invite you, we use professional contact details provided by the host company or drawn from our own network. If you take part, we collect your RSVP, dietary needs you choose to share and, with your consent, audio recordings of the interview or dinner conversation. See our recording and consent policy.
How we use it

- To invite guests, run dinners and interviews, and prepare the written deliverables for the host company.

Who we share it with
The host company receives the deliverables prepared from a dinner or interview, under the limits in our recording policy. We use service providers to run this site and our operations, including hosting, analytics, email, bot protection, scheduling and transcription. They process data on our instructions. We disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to run any resulting engagement. We keep recordings only as long as needed to prepare and support the deliverables, then delete them. Analytics data follows the retention settings in Google Analytics.
Your choices and rights
You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time through . You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to table@meridain.com. Depending on where you live, including California and the EEA or UK, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure.
